1. 1. What did I learn?

I learnt about a topic which is how to investigation the things I need and secondly how to use books or the Internet as a way of researching and the second method of making different kinds of cheesecakes and the different recipes and ingredients that you can use.

I learnt more about the history of cheesecakes that came from the Greeks. I learnt there are lots of kinds of cheesecakes that come from different countries.

2. What did I learn about the way I learn

I learnt about the way using my eyes to see the Internet and to research using books so I am a visual learner and the most important way to learn is through experience. Last year when I went to my friends house my friend’s sister was baking a cheesecake so that time was first time I learnt about cheesecakes so after she finished baking her cheesecake and I tasted it I thought this is what I am really interested in!

Reflection on Project

Reflection on Project

For the past 5 weeks I have been working on my unit question. That first week was about researching the history of cheesecakes in the library and the second week was researching. On the Internet on the third week I compared three different recipes. On the fourth week I have to compare the cost of ingredients of the 3 cheese cakes so that I know which one is the most expensive and which one is the cheapest..

I have enjoyed learning about cheese cakes because I have learnt many new things. I like that cheesecakes have different tastes and style. Anything that I can make by myself I really enjoy.
